Data
The status, clock, score and shot counts on every fixture card are pulled from a licensed sports data provider. The provider's feed is the only source we trust for numbers that change every minute. Our reporters do not edit those values by hand — there is no editorial judgement in a running clock.
Where the feed is delayed, paused, or marked as postponed, we surface that state in the row immediately. We do not invent numbers to fill a panel. If a competition's governing body has confirmed a postponement, the score line shows the postponement state until the new fixture date is published by the league itself.
Match detail pages add a brief tactical note written by our reporters once the whistle blows. Those notes are written from observation and on-record briefings — not from the data feed — and are clearly attributed to a named writer.
