Changes to these terms

Material changes are summarised at the top of this page. The full text is preserved in the page revision history.

The current terms were last updated on 16 July 2026. Earlier versions are available on request from the editor.

Why this matters

How the terms are enforced, and what readers can do when they think we have fallen short

A short note on the editorial reasoning behind the terms and the routes available to readers who want to challenge a piece.

The terms are written for two readers: the person who wants to share a piece of editorial coverage, and the person who wants to reuse it at scale. Personal, non-commercial use — reading, sharing, quoting short excerpts with attribution — is permitted without prior permission. Commercial reuse, syndication, scraping at scale, or training of generative models requires written permission from the editor via the contact page. The terms do not pretend to a level of access the reader does not have.

Live scores and results are pulled from a licensed feed and are not re-verified by hand. Where a live-score value is later corrected by the league or the feed, the value updates on the site with a timestamp. Editorial coverage is verified before publication under the editorial policy and is corrected with a dated note when a material error is found. The corrections page carries the history.

Material changes to the terms are summarised at the top of this page; the older version is preserved in the page revision history. Where a reader thinks a piece of editorial coverage falls short of the editorial policy, the contact page lists the routes for challenges. The editor reads every challenge and the corrections log carries the response.
